Christmas traditions

Hey! It's Christmas time... and I'm a bit annoyed of it. I don't like shopping for presents for my family and friends but fortunately, the situation when they are happy makes it up for me.
And now, I will describe you some main traditions which are common in my family.
 At first something about food. My mum every year bakes a lot of Christmas cookies and I really like it. The main course of our Christmas dinner is a soup with dumplings and breeded cutlet with a potatoe salad. During the dinner we listen to the Christmas carols and on the table and all around are lighted candles and typical Christmas decorations. There's a big rule during the dinner, the table may leave only my mother. After that we usually prepare the presents under the tree and  my father symbolically ring the bell. And then we unpack our presents and have a nice time together.

The house of our dreams

   In this contribution I will tell you shortly something about my housing. So at first we (me, brother, parents) lived in a flat in Kamenická street which wasn't for us comfortable enough.

   We moved to our family house, which is near the same street, when I was 8 years old and I just remember that I was very happy and I really enjoyed the first night. As you can see in the foto the house is painted with a yellow colour and there is also an attick, a fisrt floor, a ground floor, a basement and a garage. The house is very spacious and comfortable inside and the best change against the flat is that I have my own bedroom where I usually spend a lot of time. Around the house is a medium sized garden where my parents grow for example some vegetables and fruits on the trees.

 In this foto, there is a wiev of our neighbours houses. We have a good relationships with them. 

And that's all from the basic description of my\our house ;)))....

Thanksgiving

So at first I can't say that I hate this festival but it's not my cup of tea. In my opinion, it's just a strange Americanism for Czechs (for me) and I would compare it to Santa Claus or Halloween. But there can be many pleasant traditions, too. For example answering questions about what the past year has brought or what are the people thakful for. And I try to write: What am I thankful for?...

The main thanks is for my FAMLY. For my mum, dad and brother, granparents, my uncle and aunt...who are the most important part of my life because they often agree with me (if it's possible =D) and they are my biggest support.
Then I would like to thank to my FRIENDS(classmates, friends in the riding club, our family friends). I'm really glad that I have them all in my life!
And finally, I'm thankful for the SCHOOL (teachers), which I can study and make a lot of progresses and that's not everything but I can't remember for anything else, now =D ;)... 

So the situation is that you won some coupon for a lot of money in the lottery. You can do everything what you want to do whit these money. And I'm asking you: 

•  What everything would you buy (some dream things)?

•  Where would you go on trip and with whom (for example to travel somewhere)?

And the last question is:

• If you have a chance to share the money with someone, who would it be and why (your family, friends, some charity etc.) ?
