Hey! It's Christmas time... and I'm a bit annoyed of it. I don't like shopping for presents for my family and friends but fortunately, the situation when they are happy makes it up for me.
And now, I will describe you some main traditions which are common in my family.
At first something about food. My mum every year bakes a lot of Christmas cookies and I really like it. The main course of our Christmas dinner is a soup with dumplings and breeded cutlet with a potatoe salad. During the dinner we listen to the Christmas carols and on the table and all around are lighted candles and typical Christmas decorations. There's a big rule during the dinner, the table may leave only my mother. After that we usually prepare the presents under the tree and my father symbolically ring the bell. And then we unpack our presents and have a nice time together.

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for my previous comment, I will re-write it :), so..:
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem like you: I don't like shopping at all, but smiles and happiness in faces are the best and it makes me happy too :). Sometimes is really hard to think about what present to buy to this and this person.
And the last thing to say: Don't forget to watch "Home Alone" this year! :D
Merry Christmas! :)
Could you bring some christmas cookies? My mum doesn't do it. :(
